6. Technology and AI-Related Information
Granted Technologies may provide information, commentary, examples, demonstrations, assessments, recommendations, or other materials concerning technology, software, artificial intelligence, automation, cybersecurity, data, business processes, or related subjects.
Technology changes rapidly. Information that is accurate when published may subsequently become outdated because of changes in technology, software, regulations, vendor offerings, security threats, or other circumstances.

Where the Website discusses artificial intelligence or other emerging technologies, you should independently evaluate whether a particular technology, tool, provider, or implementation is appropriate for your organization.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, information provided through the Website does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax, medical, cybersecurity, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
In particular, the availability of information concerning legal, regulatory, technology, security, privacy, or business matters does not create an attorney-client, consultant-client, or other professional relationship.
If you require professional advice, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
8. Intellectual Property
The Website and its Content are owned by Granted Technologies, its licensors, or other applicable rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to you by your use of the Website.
9. Trademarks
“Granted Technologies,” the Granted Technologies name and logo, and other names, logos, marks, and branding displayed on the Website may constitute trademarks or service marks of Granted Technologies or third parties.
You may not use any such marks without prior written permission from the applicable owner.
All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
10. User Submissions and Communications
The Website may allow you to submit information through contact forms, inquiry forms, surveys, applications, or other features.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it to Granted Technologies.
You should not submit confidential, proprietary, trade-secret, or highly sensitive information through a publicly available Website form unless the Website specifically requests that information and provides appropriate protections.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, submitting information through the Website does not establish a confidential relationship or obligate Granted Technologies to use or protect the information as confidential.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Confidential Information
The Website is not intended to serve as a secure method for transmitting confidential business information.
Nothing in these Terms requires Granted Technologies to treat unsolicited information submitted through the Website as confidential.

12. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, recommendations, comments, or other feedback regarding Granted Technologies, the Website, or our services (“Feedback”), you grant Granted Technologies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that Feedback into our products, services, business operations, or materials without compensation to you.
You retain ownership of intellectual property rights that you otherwise own in your Feedback, subject to the license described above.
Nothing in this section requires you to provide Feedback.
13. Reviews and Public Statements
We value honest feedback about our company and services.
Nothing in these Terms prohibits you from providing truthful opinions, reviews, or other legally protected commentary about Granted Technologies, its services, or your experience with us.
You remain responsible for complying with applicable law when publishing statements about Granted Technologies or its services.
14. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Website may contain links to websites, applications, software, products, or services operated by third parties.
Third-party links are provided for convenience and informational purposes.
Granted Technologies does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, products, content, privacy practices, security practices, or terms.
Your use of a third-party website or service is governed by that third party’s applicable terms and policies.
A link to a third party does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or recommendation by Granted Technologies.
15. Third-Party Technology Providers
Certain features of the Website may rely upon technology, hosting, analytics, communications, scheduling, payment, security, artificial intelligence, or other services provided by third parties.
The availability and functionality of those features may depend on the continued availability of the applicable third-party service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
GRANTED TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, ACHIEVE A PARTICULAR RESULT, OR OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS DISCLAIMS A WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
18. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRANTED TECHNOLOGIES LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:
YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE WEBSITE;
YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE WEBSITE;
YOUR RELIANCE ON WEBSITE CONTENT;
THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES OR SERVICES;

ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE WEBSITE,
EVEN IF GRANTED TECHNOLOGIES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF GRANTED TECHNOLOGIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GRANTED TECHNOLOGIES FOR ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
19. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Granted Technologies LLC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to:
Your violation of these Terms;
Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Website;
Your violation of applicable law or the rights of another person;
Information or materials you submit through the Website; or

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably determine that:
You have violated these Terms;
Your use of the Website creates a security or legal risk;
Your use of the Website may harm Granted Technologies or another person; or
Suspension or termination is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect the Website or our business.
Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be brought in the federal or District of Columbia courts located in or serving the District of Columbia, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
22. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a formal legal action concerning a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.
A party asserting a dispute should provide written notice describing the nature of the dispute and the requested resolution.
You may provide notice to Granted Technologies at:
privacy@grantedtechnologies.com for privacy-related matters; or
help@grantedtechnologies.com for general Website or service-related matters.
Granted Technologies will have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond before formal proceedings are initiated, except where immediate legal action is reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, intellectual property, confidential information, or security.
23. No Waiver
If Granted Technologies does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
A waiver must be expressly made in writing by an authorized representative of Granted Technologies.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Granted Technologies concerning your use of the Website.
If you separately enter into a written agreement with Granted Technologies for products or services, that agreement will govern the applicable business relationship to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.
26. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Granted Technologies.
Granted Technologies may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
27. Electronic Communications and Agreements
By using the Website or communicating with Granted Technologies electronically, you consent to receive electronic communications from us where permitted by applicable law.
You agree that electronic notices, communications, agreements, disclosures, and records may satisfy legal requirements that such communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
D.C. law recognizes electronic records, electronic signatures, and electronic contracts and does not deny them legal effect solely because they are in electronic form. (D.C. Law Library)

Your use of the Website does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, fiduciary, or other relationship between you and Granted Technologies.
Neither party has authority to bind the other unless expressly authorized in writing.
